Getting Started  With Maple

 

Maple is installed on a number of public computers across campus including Davis Family Library and Armstrong Library, Munroe 208, Sunderland 122, and the labs in MBH 117 and LIB 140 as well as the classroom podium computers.

 

You can run Maple on your  own computer through the Virtual Lab via apporto.  Start at https://middlebury.apporto.com/  or  go.middlebury.edu/apporto

Click on the "Launch" button on the Full Desktop option.  This will bring up a page that looks like this:

 

Double click on the Maple 2002 icon  A picture containing text

Description automatically generatedon the right side of the bottom row. This will launch the program.

 

You should see the opening page

Watch the 3 minute video "Get to Know Maple, Fast!" to get a  very rapid overview what  you can do with Maple.

 

Back on our  Maple Links page, select Maple Quick Start Tutorials  and work  through the Maple Fundamentals Guide video, stopping and  starting as you need to.
